    Having Problems with Bolt Baffle

Changing a 30-06 Axis to 223. I purchased needed bolt head and a baffle. It seems like the baffle is a little to wide . Is it necessary to remove metal on a baffle to make it fit?

If new baffle is from 10 or 110, there is a guide fin on the side, Axis is designed to not use fin. Simply grind it off.
