    Rebarrel a savage 110E

Requesting expertise in rebarreling a older model savage 110E, caliber 30-06 long action to 7-08, what problems am I going to encounter if any? Appreciate any and all answers.

None! Go for it. I have used long action stagger feed for 22-250, 260, 7-08, 308 and 6.5x47L. They all feed OK, just load them with the base all the way to the rear of the magazine.

Yep did the same with my LA 30-06, changed to 243 and it feeds perfectly.

As stated, you will have no problems. I even built a 223AI on a long action and use the single shot follower to feed rounds.
