Reloading for 10BA

I think I know the answer to this question but I'll ask any way. Can you use 7.62 in a 10BA after resizing?

If the max case length is 2.015 and the case trim length is 2.005 how does the different lengths effect performance of the load?

Yes. If we are talking 7.62x51 brass in a 308. Should be insignificant.
