Does anybody know why Midway USA has Mark 2 magazines on clearance? Why would they stop offering theses? Is Savage coming out with a different magazine or rim fire rifle?

FWIW I bought 5 for right at $11 each. That's been a few years ago though. I don't think I need any more of them.
I bought two stainless ones for $14.80 each, now the stainless is $12.00.
