270 to 22-250

I have a 110 long action and a new 22-250 barrel. What parts do I need to make this work? Mag box, follower, spring, anything else?? Can I use parts from a 111 or 116 or 110E...? Are they all the same (pretty much)?

All you need to do is make sure it is head spaced properly. All parts but the barrel are the same for those cartridges. 22-250 is short action cart, 270 is long, so you could not run 270 in a 22-250, but you can run 22-250 in a .270.
