Loosen all the action screws, including the accuwedge, and shift everything to the center and retighten.
Hello, could use some help.
I bought a brand new Savage 111 with the accustock. Bought it
over the internet so I didn't get a chance to look it over before I
paid for it.
It came in yesterday and while examining it today I noticed a big
gap between the barrel and the forearm on the left side. A stong
1/8 in. gap on the left, and the barrel up against and rubbing on
the right side.
Looking at it from the front its clear the barrel is crooked in the
stock. I can't tell whether the stock is bent or not.
Anyone else run into this?
Any ideas what's going on?
TIA
Loosen all the action screws, including the accuwedge, and shift everything to the center and retighten.
