Savage model 25 .17 Hornet lightweight varminter or walking varminter?

I want to hunt P-Dogs out to 300 yards.

I know it depends on the actual gun you get but...
Which do you think would have more of a chance of being accurate?

Ive got the lightweight varminter in 17H and it shoots lights out. I took it out to Wyoming and was smoking pds in the 265-75 range, no problem. I like the laminate stock on mine, and it has the heavier barrel. Unless youre gonna be walking around hunting, I personally would go with the lightweight varminter.
    Hope this helps
