Not much you can do....the case now has less taper than the parent round, and it doesn't want to "funnel" very well into the chamber.
My 223 ackley does not feed reliably. Whith regular 223 ammo it feeds flawlessly. Anyone have any tips or know of any tricks that may remedy this problem?

+1, you gotta learn to live with it. My 223AI is set up as a single shot with a single shot follower and I just slide the round into the chamber to eliminate feed problems.
Ah Yes AIs, Sorry to break the news to you but AIs don't feed well in any caliber. It is the price you pay for glory.

I don't have move'n pictures of my Mod 70 in 270-08Imp but it gobbles them up just as well. My '98 in 280Imp doesn't count, its a controlled bottom feeder.
