I got my bolt handle ground and threaded yesterday. Was easy enough considering how hard it was. Took two dies to accomplish as the first one was a cheapo and I had bought a irwin die specifically for this job so I used that and it cut like butter.

Problem is I intended to grind the other axis which was swept back slightly and not straight. I was wondering if I can bend that handle back with concentrated heat just above the knob with my oxy-acteylene torch (it's not epoxied on yet so I can remove it). I understand these bolts are very hard so I assume this is going to affect temper. Im thinking quench hardening and temper in oven.
