    Axis Optic Rail Base

I'm looking to get a one piece rail for mounting a new optic. I'm assuming I just need a short action rail. Is this a correct assumption?

Go with the EGW Axis rail. Its the highest quality available. Weaver also makes a rail.

Make sure whatever you get is specifically for the Axis.

Thanks. I didn't know they made some specifically for the Axis, and their price point is pretty good.

I also like EGW, but Weaver is nice as well. You won't go wrong with either unless you get the wrong model!

EGW is gonna be your best option. I put one on my Axis....no mods it fit perfectly. I didn't have to shim or bed it. Besides they are a forum sponsor..
