Cold bore shot out of group with Weather Warrior

My 6.5x284 is consistently shooting .25 moa 3 shot groups but the cold bore shot is always .75-1moa high and slightly right. I have tried different torque settings but the groups opened up. Anyone else have this problem?

Is that with a cleaned barrel cold bore shot or dirty barrel cold bore shot?

This has been an issue as long as i can remember and no doubt much longer.
Some barrels seem better or worse than others in that regard.
Its also one of the reasons some types of competetion allow sighter shots.
Its also a reason the term (first round cold bore hit) is a bit of a joke.

Yeah it sorta depends on what you are after....if you are hunting, you want that first shot to count.

Well I can assure you "first round cold bore hit" is not a joke. I have owned dozens of rifles, all of which have had the cold bore in the group and the worst shooter was .5 moa. This is the first rifle I have ever not bedded right out of the gate. I was trying to give the accustock a chance. wbm it is fouled.
