My 6.5 with bedded Boyd’s thumbhole. I had to file trigger guard down. I switched to model 10 detachable mag.

I have the online rebate saved in my documents that says the rebate is good till Jan. 31 2019 and a receipt from Cabelas dated 1/19/19 The rebate form would not go through so they told me which form to use and what to put on it. Now I find out they rejected it. Waiting for their response!
I am having the same problem. They told me to us R9840 form and axis as the rifle. Today I got little gear bag and a shirt not the $60! I can't find a copy of the rebate anywhere. Is there any way you could post it?

How do you like the thumbhole stock compared to a non thumbhole stock? I'm getting ready to buy an AT One for my 12 in 6.5 creedmoor. And I'm up in the air whether to go with a thumb hole or not.

Here is mine. 308, Oryx chassis, and a Nikon Monarch 5-20x44 scope. I really like the rifle so far and you sure can't beat the price. I also ordered a BA style bolt handle for it.

I got a card stating not a qualifying product/purchase, I called them and asked them to read the rebate form i sent in again.

She said she could clearly see that it said model 12fv and that she would resubmit it for review by the higher up officials.

Declined again, so I called again and the gal told me that they realized that there apparently was two rebates out there, she

told me that it should go through with no problem when she resubmitted again.

This time when I checked the rebate status, it said approved.

I think even with out the rebate it was a good deal on sale. I wasn't going to

pursue the rebate if it was declined again.

I posted a link to the rebate a couple post up #1607

Maybe they are going back, and making it right.

That would be nice of them, I know another guy
that they approved a short time ago.

Well, it will be interesting to see if any rebates are offered this winter. Wish I had bought more rifles in the prime.

I actually received a check instead of a card.

With the sale of Savage, it will be interesting
if there will be rebates this year.

If there is a mistake in the system, they will correct it with a check. If they're just slow or bugged down due to higher than expected (or planned for) demand, you will get the card (eventually)

Be aware that the rebate card may still have an expiration date. Didn't notice it on mine after buying a 12FV and thought I was screwed. A call to Customer Service and they cancelled the card and issued a check.

I would be highly skeptical of a listing for a factory .22-250 with an 8 twist...the Cabelas version is a 12 and I bet this is as well.

I would second that skepticism. Savage offered the Model 12 LRPV and I think the Model 12 VLP with a 1-9" twist 22-250 for a few years, but that option has been discontinued for a few years now.

Wow. $500 for a 12FV? No thanks. Cabela's regular price for the 12FV is $419 and has a $30 rebate currently. They're a great bargain when on sale and combined with a rebate, but $500 is a bit out of hand. Much better off at that price point to pony up another $100 and get the 10T-SR for $599. It comes with the Accu-stock, Accu-trigger, 20 MOA rail, threaded barrel, tactical bolt knob, and a bottom metal with box magazine. It has a $50 rebate right now too. I have several 12FVs in various calibers and they are great guns for what they are. I also have a 10T which shoots under 1MOA to beyond 1000 yards and is an incredible value considering all the features they cram into a sub-$600 rifle.

Quick follow-up. I was on the Cabela's site today and see that they have the 10T-SRs on sale for $499.99(regular $599.99) with a $50 rebate on top of that. They're available in long and short action and even a left hand version. Lots of rifle for $450!!!
