Any recommended smiths in the Upstate SC area?

I'm sure this isn't the right forum but I didn't see a regional section or better forum to post this in. I'm looking to have my 110 FCP .338 re-barreled and I'm looking for good Savage gunsmiths in the Upstate SC area. I've had some very minor work done by local guys (muzzle threading and brake install, trigger jobs, etc.) and none of them have shown me the competency to chamber a barrel blank. No knocks against them, but not exactly confidence inspiring when I need something done right.

Does anyone have any recommendations for guys that have experience with Savages? I realize barrel changes are supposed to be easy, but not many manufacturers make .338 prefits and I want to go to a shouldered barrel. I'm about an hour and a half from Accurate Ordnance... I'd hate to have to go to them with something so small, but I'm starting to feel like it's one of my best options.

thanks in advance and please move to the correct section if necessary.
