    New from Washington State

Hey everybody. glad to be a part of this site. recently picked up a 110e in 7mm. havent got to shoot it yet. im still cleaning the **** thing. its in great shape. minus the dirty barrel. im not sure if it has corrosion in the barrel of if its just grime i cant remove. if it is corrosion. what barrel would someone recomend? preferably not too expensive. ill be using this gun to hunt and want to be able to shoot out to 800 yds or so. any advice would be great. thanks
    Andrew

Once you knock the carbon out of the barrel you might get a good surprise. (My Savage likes Dirty barrel!) Welcome to the Cult. if it is really really bad get some Hoppe's #9 Copper solvent and clean it down to metal then run some fouling rounds through it before shooting some groups.

Sounds pretty bad. When you shoot it be sure to let us know how it does.
