Load/bullet help for new 111 Long Range Hunter in .300 win mag

Just bought a 111 LRH in .300 win mag and would love some guidance on where to start my load development. With the cost being so high these days to start brand new I would love any advice that you can give. I'm looking for an Elk hunting round. Thank you in advance.

215gr Berger Hybrids/ (Very forgiving to seating depth) Mine is .040 off land's due to max mag length. I would seat to your max magazine length.
H-1000 Powder/ (Min 70.5gr to 74.5gr max Listed in Berger manual, I run a little over max. But work up to your rifle.
    GM215M Primer's
Hornady Brass, prefer lapua but I use what is available.

Other powder's I have played with are IMR 7828, IMR 7977 , RL-22 & H-4350. Have had great result's with 7828 & 7977, but settled on H-1000. The Berger hybrid has proven it's self to be sub-moa beyond 1500 yards in my rifle. With 7 bull elk, 3 bull moose, 4 whitetail's, 5 blackbear's & 1 British Columbia male grizzly. All 1 shot kill's minus the grizz, I put the second one in him as requested by my hunting partner/guide. But he dropped in his track's after the first one. Ranges were between 100 yard's to 750 yard's. Congratulation's on the savage long range hunter, they are great rifle's. Good luck & play safe....

i had better luck(more consistent ES's)with CCI250 primers...H1000 is great in the 300 and i shot nosler brass...i had 15 loads on one batch of 50 and wasnt kind to them before the gold ring started making me nervous...in my rifle RL-22 was the most accurate powder...IMR 4831 was second but lacking a little in velocity for me...i shot a lot of IMR 7828SSC and it shot well...powder will depend on what bullets your going to shoot.

I've had really good groups come out of my 116FLSAK using the 180 Accubond over 70 grains of IMR4350 and CCI250's. Groups average between 3/8" and 1/2" when I do my part. Velocity is 3130 over my Magnetospeed with a SD of 5.

I have a 110 300wm with the factory barrel. My pet load for it is 73gr of H4831sc and a 185 Berger Classic Hunter. This load shoots a bullet with a BC of .547 @ 2950 fps out of my 24" factory barrel.
As much as I would love to shoot the 208, 210 or 215 weight bullets, this is a good load for my gun. My rifle is a stager feed so I'm limited to a COAL of 3.42 if I want It to be a repeater. The hybrid Berger design allowse me to load it to mag length and shoot 1/2 moa if I do my part.
