Model 12BVSS - Top Load - Removal of the mag

I've removed the barrel and action and wish to slip the mag out but it's feeling a little stubborn. Should it pull straight up?

Also while I'm at it I wish to remove the trigger assembly. If there just the single pin that appears to slip out left to right? Thanks Tom

Don't know about the trigger, the mag box is simple. I took flat screwdriver and pried each end up slowly, get's up so far and pop's out.

Thanks Possum I did a detailed search and found the same method you described. Thanks for the quick response. The trigger is as I thought.
