    Time between bedding and shooting

I've got my savage short action curing right now.. My question is will it be shoot able by Monday or Tuesday? Or would it be better to let it cure for a week?

It's score high probed 2000 by the way.. Instructions say full cure in 12 more hours, but we all know how that goes.

What bedding material did you use or did I miss it?

    Score high pro bed 2000.
Instructions say full cure in 16 hours. Which will be in the neighborhood of 8am tomorrow

I have never used that product before but it does say that it "fully cures in 16 hours". So if I was bedding a rifle with it and I felt it was cured after 16 hours I would go shooting with it. If you are going to the range on Mon morning you will have 36+ hours of cure time and up to 60 hours if you wait till Tues. I am assuming that the product instructions do not offer any cautions or suggestions as to additional cure times beyond 16 hours. Good luck.

I shot my rifle I bed using JB Weld after a day. I did have it in the heated garage with a box fan to increase air movement.

What is the temperature in the curing area? If it's above 77 degrees, and your stock/barrel are also warm, you're good to go.

I'm in Florida so we have been in the upper 80's low 90's.

It's out in the garage with no ac so it should be warm
