i reloaded some with 20gr vmax cci 400 small rifle primer with a1680 from 11.8 to 12.4grains
    didnt find a good group

i loaded a few more with less powder tonight
so loaded from 11.6 to 12.4 with cci br-4 primers

looks like 11.4 and 11.8 grains of A1680 with a cci 400 small primer seated to 1.710 shot half in groups at 100 yards
also 12 grains of A1680 behind cci BR-4 primer shot half inch at 100
both with 20 GR v max bullets

Ive wanted to try some 1680 in mine but cant find it anywhere.
Ive tried, H110, Lil Gun, and A2200 (if I remember correctly). Lil Gun at around 9.2gr with a Rem 7-1/2 and 20gr vmax has given me the best results. My last groups with hovered in the low .4s for 3 shots. My velocities seems pretty erratic though with this powder.
My velocities are much more consistent with a2200, but the accuracy isnt quite as good, but as a disclaimer I will say Ive not worked up alot of loads with it.

i found the 1680 at a local gun shop, good thing one pound will load like 650 rounds for the hornet!
i was going to get lilgun but read about the erratic velocities
im still working the load but looks like 11.8gr with either primer has good groups .25 3 shot groups and less then .5 5 shot groups

A powders dont seem very popular around here so I never see it here. That 2200 I bought was at gun shop 2hrs away. I had crazy spreads in velocities when I first started loading for it....in the neighborhood of 6-700 fps....its was ridiculous. I changed primers and it got alot better (250ish sometimes) but not great. Im gonna work more with the 2200 because my velocities were way more consistent.
    That 1680 sounds really good.
