    Changing Receiver platforms

I have a Model 10FP in .308 cal. , I would like to convert it to a 7mm RSAUM. Can this be done by changing the bolthead to WSM , firingpin and, barrel? Thanks

    Yes, that's all it takes.

A pushfeed WSM bolthead, WSM firing pin and barrel.

SSS is the only retail vendor that I'm aware of that sells the WSM firing pin. They will have everything you need including the barrel.

    Midway has the bolthead.

You could get the barrel from many sources. I got my 7mmWSM Shilen from Northlander. I've also had Sinman do a couple barrels that have turned out great.

Talk to them about the bolt head also. there have been some changes in the magnum heads and you may have to use a modified long action head for your long action.

No, they are different sponsors here.

Sinman is the screen name. He is the man behind Sin Arms.

SSS is Sharp Shooter Supply. They post under the Sharpshooter screen name.
