Welcome to the forum, Like you I spent many years shooting (even shot competitions for a while) and recently got bit by the customization bug. Just finished my first build project up and will honestly say that it couldn't have been done without the guidance and help from the folks on here... tons of folks who have been there done that and have experience and knowledge to help out. Good luck with whatever project you decide to do!
