    Selecting bushing

Have made up some dummy rounds of .20 vartarg, sized unfired 221fb brass, 40gr vmax. Need to measure for a bushing.

Can I use these dummies, or do they need to be reloaded after fire forming to get the right measure?

    Measure now is .226 - .227.

    Re: Selecting bushing

Minimal change in thickness of neck after fireforming. For light neck tension go with a 0.225. But got ahead and get a couple of bushing sizes (0.221-0.225). It becomes an another parameter for tune for. tiny

    Good solution, cover the bases.

Now with repair of the new Hornady and bushings, the RCBS looks like a good value.
