142g SMKs...139g lapuas...140g hornadys shoot good but you gotta find the right combo...i shot 123g Amaxs for the first time yesterday and they shot great.

The 107 sierra's, you only give up a little BC over it's big brother but shoots a lot flatter,

Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to load and shoot the 129gr Accubond LR's yet... I managed to be shopping for a few other items and saw MW had them in stock; curious if anyone has manage to get some loaded up and found a sweet spot with them yet.

If money isn't a factor Berger 140 LR-BT. I won some from 600 yard league last year and they are very consistent and have gotten me my best scores. I can't afford Bergers so I shoot the Hornady 140 BTHP and have had good results with them, better than the Amax for me at 600.

Interesting, from what I'm seeing from you guys is that there's plenty to choose from.
My pocket book leans towards 140smk or 140hornady mhpbt. I have a box of berger 130 vld target I'm going to give a try and if they pattern well its going to piss me off!......this means I'll give in and start buying the more expensive bergers! Lololololo

If you want cheap good shooting bullets go with the 140g match hornadys... $115 per 500 from powder valley.

Don't over look the 123 A-Max. I'm running those in my 19" Striker. They have a great BC and you can launch them at some pretty impressive speeds.

Reason I'm inquisitive towards the 260 is I came across this deal and couldn't pass it. It comes with dies, bullets, brass, all ready to load up.

NS is good both the Lee and the Redding. At some point you will need a shoulder bump or FLSer.

Get the lee collet die and buy a few extra mandrels then you can hone them down to adjust neck tension.

Roger that guys. I reduced the mandrel diameter on my Lee collet in 308.being experimental for us reloaders is a none stop kinda of a thing. .
Seeing as how I already have 50 new nosler brass, I'm just going bite the bullet and buy some more nosler brass as opposed of necking down some of my lc brass. What the heck. New rigg, new brass.
Have you guys experienced tight chambers on Savage LRP 12 in 260?

I only neck size for EVERYTHING I own. Until the day comes when it is time for a FL squish.

I always full size, for consistent case capacity.

... probably because you haven't found a cartridge yet you won't try to stuff 100gr of Retumbo into

-Speaking of how are those new barrels working out?

They are unbelievable, I am going to get more rounds down range before posting results, let me tell you it is kind of surreal sending 105gr Amax's faster than a 40gr Vmax's, that I shoot out of a few of my other rigs, I end up shaking my head for five minutes trying to grasp what I just witnessed.
