After spending more time and money than I should, my trigger pull is still too high. The sear engagement is down to "just barely" and the trigger return spring is very light. These things helped but we're not there yet. It occurs to me that the firing pin spring, which puts a load on the sear, may be the problem. Has anyone used a lighter spring? Did it help? What spring did you use? How light can you go and still ignite the primer?
