    savage 116 375 H&H, need info

Was the 375 H&H a large or small shank barrel, all the ones I saw in the Alaskan series were 20 inch barrels, this one is a 24 incher. So it might be a different 116 line. I haven't had my hands on it yet, bought it online so I am trying to figure it out. I have no info in any of my books on that configuration and I know the barrel is stock and has iron sights on it.

Small shank. Savage used to offer what was referred to as the 116 Safari Express (SE) that had a 3-blade rear safari-style sight, but I can't recall what the barrel length was on them.
