savage 11 magwell

anyone know where i can find savage 11 factory mag well metal? i just order boyds stock, my savage 11 have metal trigger guard but magwell is part of the stock.

Savage arms part # 106705 for metal frame assembly 4.4 spacing ,metal mag bottom to replace plastic mag bottom, part # 106245
assuming you have the bottom bolt release model.

I have the trophy hunter model 11 and tried to order a stock from Boyd's and they said they don't have stocks for them.
So what model savage did you tell them that you have ?
They told me that they have stocks only for long bolt,
so is it that I need to tell them that it is a Axis to get the stock i need ?
BTW the stock on mine is all plastic bottom, no metal

Go to Boyd's website https://www.boydsgunstocks.com
In the top left corner, use the top pulldown to select "Savage"
In the second pulldown, select "11 BOTTOM BOLT RELEASE" if yours has the bottom bolt release.
In the third pulldown, choose left or right hand action depending on which model yours is.
The last two pull downs are based on your preference as to stock model and finish.
They have several options for your rifle.

Do not choose the Axis, unless you want firewood. It won't fit your TH.

I have called them twice and told them it is for a TH and was told they don't make them for a TH 11.
So i will just use the form on line that says 11 bottom bolt release.
Or call and don't tell them it is a TH.
Also tell them i would need part # 106705 for the bottom hardware if they have it, also the the 106245 metal mag well.
or i can call savage for them

Fhilf.. i have the TH 11 in 223. your plastic that why you gonna need find metal bottom for boyds stock, boyds stock dont come with trigger guard or magwell. just order from the page, them item number are from savage
