need stock for lefty Savage 10 FLCPK short action

I have a savage FLCPK which is the left version of the FCP-K and I want to replace the barrel and stock to get away from the accu stock. Is there any route other than ordering a full custom from someone like Manners and waiting 6 months? Manners for example will make a lefty but not only does it take 5-6 months I have to send my barreled action to them at month 2 for them to inlet or else they want to do the aluminum bedding block.

I don't mind bedding it myself as long as I can find a nice stock with a decent sized forearm. I prefer a flat bottom rear stock no slope and a moderate 2"=2.5" flat forearm if possible. I don't really want an aluminum style chassis.

    Thoughts?

I like my Choate stock. I do have a Boyd's varmint pro on another gun but am not real happy with how thin it is between the receiver and bottom metal.
