Hi Good Folks of Savage Shooters, New Member, First Post.
I have a new Mark II F .22 and I usually mount my scopes further back than most. I am finding mounting options for the Mark II are narrow, unless I am missing something.
A half inch would be great.
Thanks

Thanks But,
I need the front mount to come back. The scope is as far as it can be rearward in the front ring.
I see the 93 Series Left Hand Scope Mount if reversed would allow this, but in the process partially cover or obstruct the ejection port.
Would that be an issue other than looking like a mud-hut misfit?
If not, are there full rails with a matching contour available? Can a full rail without a cutout work?
I am a machinist and can drill and countersink my own holes but would rather not unless they were steel I could re-blue.
And although we can do this and that in the shop on my job, I would just rather purchase something. I am not sure how "Gun Parts" would go over.
One way or another I'm going to get her back, and try to make it look natural if I can.
Also, does everyone have to do the Captcha Verification everytime they post, always? Really?
Thanks
Site sponsor EGW has the solution you're looking for. The one piece rail won't interfere with ejection at all.
Captcha? Never had to use it.
