Savage 110 270

I have a 270 and would like to make it into a 7mm remington will it work and what would I have to change if it will?

Bolt head with a magnum face, reset firing pin protrusion if adjustable, replace if not, and there's a slight chance you might have to change the mag box and follower. Not much to it.
Of course you'll need a barrel and headspace gauges too, along with a barrel nut wrench.
