I have a hard time buying tools made in China so I found a inch lb. torque wrench made in Germany by Wiha tools. I also purchased the adaptor for using 1/4" drive sockets with it.

This may be off topic, but here goes...
When my Father was a Sargent in the Air Force an Engineering Officer instructed him to devise a way to establish the torque applied to an already assembled fastener, without re-torqueing or disassembly.
My Fathers answer was something like, "If I knew how to do that I wouldn't need be in the Air Force and have to take @#%$ stupid orders from you".
