Question about Lee Factory Crimp Die (FCD)

Hi. Just another one of my 'dumb' questions..........
I currently reload 39 ctgs, but just purchased my first Lee FCD yesterday (300 AAC). I have die sets from most of the mfg, including Lee, but this is my FCD.
I just want to take it apart for cleaning, etc. The sliding collet at the bottom must be snapped in.
I guess I could just press it out in the vise using collars. Just thought I'd ask before I start messing with it.
