    Safe Humidity


    For those that have a safe, do you know what is the average humidity is in side your safes i just purchased Safelert from liberty safes a little box you put on your safe door that will alert you if your safe door opens and closing temp and humidity.
    SO far my humidity is at 30% too high or too low???

    I'd say that's a little low but is probably ok (especially since it's winter). 40-50% is what most shoot for. If you go to low you risk having your wood stocks dry out which can cause them to crack.
