switching from 223 to 308

I have never done this before. I am switching new model 11 from .223 to .308.

I think I need standard front baffle # 103322 and s/a short std bolt head #104876

What else, if anything?
Also, is there anything I need to know before I start? tips/suggestions/warnings?

Magazine, follower and barrel.

That is all you need for the action but you will need a difference magazine setup.

I might do that, Home. I'm not necessarily going to .308. That was just a hypothetical confirming what I needed as far as parts go.

One last question, just to be sure:
If I go 6.5 creed, does that mean I need a 6.5 creed barrel, too?
