Loose B-Mag bolt handle

Hey guys and gals. I recently replaced the bolt handle on my Bmag with the glades armory tactical one. I noticed today that the handle seems a touch loose when the handle is up. When its down it tightens right up but it seems to have more play then before. Anyone have a suggestion on how to tighten it back up.

Is the set screw tight?

Yes. I noticed on the new handle the part that slips on to the bolt is slightly thinner than the original and it could possibly be the cause because its allowing a little more space to move.

You could try a thin washer to tighten up the set screw on the bolt handle.

I'm not referring to the bolt shroud or cap screw. That's just a cosmetic piece of plastic. I'm referring to the very small allen set screw you needed to remove from the factory bolt handle and install in the Glades bolt handle. If that's tight there should be no play between the Glades bolt handle and the bolt.

I think you may be misunderstanding where the play is. The play is in tje factory piece with the slanted slot in it and the bolt under it. The handle itself is tight. I suspect the threaded hole is is slightly out of place which doesn't allow me to properly align the hole with the corresponding slot under it thus not allowing me to fully tighten the screw.
