What would happen?

I have a 24V/FT 223/12. I also have a Savage 410'er for this piece. What would happen if I fired a factory loaded 45LC in the 410,er placed in the 12 chamber? Not sure of the pressure differences, nor the accuracy at about 50 yards. Thanks in advance.

Chamber pressure is about twice for the 45. What do you think will happen ?
