    New from Long Island New York


    New to centerfire, other than home protection semi.

    I only shredded paper and do 50 yards at range with target .22lr.

    It gets really cold (for me) out there with a .22 with lube doing hinky things to accuracy, not to mention wind taking the round.

    I enjoy shooting a lot and just ordered a Savage 12 in .223 with Target Accu-trigger and target action, single shot and am looking forward to trying out the new rifle, when delivered at 100 + 200.

    I hope to be an active member of this community.
