    Hello from central Texas


    Hello All,

    I'm and new to savage rifles and after building several AR15 variants I'm looking for a new challenge and decided to go the savage action route for a precision rifle build. I just picked up my donor model 11 308 that will be the heart of my new build. I am sure I'll have questions along the way and I'm looking forward to researching the forum to learn what I didn't know I didn't know.

    Howdy fellow Texan. I have the model 10 fcp k .308 Love it and reaching out to 1000 yds. with 168gr amax using IMR 4320. Working on some 208 amax loads.
