Axis Lug Size for PTG Replacement

If I were to replace the bolt head on my Axis with a PTG version, which lug size would I choose? I believe the shank is 1" long, but I'm not sure how any of the bolt head dimensions are measured.

My 30 06 Axis took a 1.000 shank. It's a long slow job to lap it in as well. BTW, the lines in the photo on the side of the lugs are grease smears.

PTG told me to send them the whole bolt and they would get the right one and install it for me. Still have to send it in yet. Mine is a 223 Rem that is cratering primers and blanking them every once in a while.

Cool beans. Thanks Jeff! And thanks for the tip as well, tomme. My interest is far too fleeting at the moment for that in-depth of research, but I will keep it in mind if something crystallizes.
