Model 16 223 swap to 308 bolt face and mag

What is involved with a swap from a 223 to 308 based cartridge on a model 16.

I have someone looking at this change for a model 16 in 223.

From what I can see it is a new 308 bolt head, baffle and 308 magazine and of course a barrel.

Can see multiple places to purchase a bolt head but what about the baffle/stop?

You won't need a new front baffle. Grind the fin off the extended baffle and turn it 180 out. Thank Sharpshooter for that trick.

Or you can just cut back the longer baffle to match the other side and leave the fin in place.
