    Thumbs Up Opening morning buck

I got this guy opening morning. Fog was bad and I used my binos to verify the tine length at a little under 200 yards. Split brow tines make it 10pts. I know it wasn't with a savage but the rifle has a story. Link:http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthr...ck#Post9350424

I will be using the Hog Hunter in 223 for the 2 doe tags I have.

Ballistic info: Ruger 260 rem. 120gr cor-lokt, 45gr H4350 210 primer, RP 260 case. This rifle now has at least 13 kills to it.

That is a really nice buck. Is that a hole in his main beam or just something on it at the perfect angle. Looks like he may have knocked the on Tyne in velvet to make it grow like that.

It is a hole. Both sides have a hole in them. He has a tine on his right side that is bent over at the tip and solidified like that.

That is pretty cool. I can't recall ever seeing one with a hole in his antler.
