Ranger Shotgun by Stevens??

I have a shotgun with RANGER engraved on it, but no manufacture.
It does say based on Browning.
The serial # is 10821 C.
Can anyone tell me if this is a stevens and/or how old it is?

I think Ranger was sold at the old Sears Robuck stores. They also sold a Ted Williams line of guns but not sure of actual manufacturer.
I had a Ranger single shot bolt action 20 ga that i believe came from Sears.
