It can be made to work. requires bedding material and re-drilling front hole.

Are you sure they don't list what you want? What model is that?

4 7/16 is center feed action. 4.275 is staggered feed. Why not get correct stock & not do modification ?

I have also looked. They do not list left hand stagger feed actions. Just go ahead and alter the center feed. I did so with a tacticool no problem.

Thanks I think I'll order the stock and do modifications.

HMMM maybe thats what I can do?
    I have a 110 LH SA that is 4.522"
Could I get a 4.4" which they advertise and do a little farm mechanics on it?

Yep, as long as you don't mind if the underside looks less than perfect when done. I wouldn't take a nicely finished walnut stock or laminate and start hacking at it, but if you plan to paint it when done, it won't matter.

Well, I might rework a laminate. What the heck? It's a $100 stock, if there's no other affordable options, who cares? Acraglass would work fine and it isn't that big of mess under there. GO for it!

You could pillar bed it, it's easy to move the pillar holes 1/8" further apart and they would hide the change.

    +1

It needs pillars and bedding. That's a given because you're changing the inside so much. I would pillar and bed any wood stock, anyways.
