    MT elk tenderloin, it's what's for dinner ...



    MT elk tenderloin marinated in ponzu sauce, garlic, EVOO, and Montana special spices.


    Pan seared Montana elk tendeloin on garlic mashed sweet potato served with sauteed mushroom medley, salad greens, olive with garlic, and of course red wine.
