Now thats more my speed and something like what I use but with out any stands just a torch and a cordless drill and a socket.
so after seeing allan1066s annealing machine(which is very nice) I thought id post up some pics of my GETTO annealing set up. I built this out of scrape metal I had laying around the garage, not that I cant afford a high dollar unit im just cheap and would rather spend a grand on barrels or reloading supplies or a new build ECT.
the getto set up
ready to anneal
I know the flame needs to be on the brass this is just for show
thumb screw to adjust drill speed and wing nuts to clamp drill into place
home made thumb screw(because I was to lazy to go buy another one)to adjust the bottle height for different cases
I anneal every 3 firings..i put a drop of tempilaq 750 on the inside of the necks on 5 cases..i run 2 and count..then run 40-50 cases and run 1 or 2 more with the tempilaq and count then run the rest...I anneal 200 cases at a time..100 300 win mag and 100 260rem...200 cases takes me about 20mins start to finish.
Now thats more my speed and something like what I use but with out any stands just a torch and a cordless drill and a socket.
