I am definitely considering one especially concerning NFA items. Have not done it yet but probably will.

    I have one.

I did it all by email correspondence with an attorney within my state. He is very experienced and versed in NFA items.

He sent a very simple questionnaire. I completed and returned it with $200. He sent me a PDF of the trust. I gathered up my trustee's and went to the notary to finalize. Done.

I've done two suppressors, Form 1 and Form 4 with it. No problems.
