    my 20 practical project

    well here goes.

i found a savage target action 223 bolt, got the medalist stock coming and jim briggs has ordered the barrell.

when all this comes in what else do i need? will the stock need to be bedded? this will be my first project like this so any suggestions appreciated.

    thanks

The SSS or Northlands recoil lug.
Not familiar with that stock(only use laminates) but I would start with pillars before I messed around with bedding.

The medalist has full aluminum bedding blocks in it. I skim bedded mine now the action is rock solid.
