10rd mag is as big as I have seen.
What do you mean by "power"?
For accuracy, make sure the barrel is free floating for starters. Next, you might work over or upgrade the trigger. I am unsure of all the options there as I am not a Mark II expert or anything. The biggest factor is going to be ammo. Find what ammo your Mark II likes, and then stock up on it. Some rifles are picky and only like 1 or 2 brands and weights, others will shoot well with whatever you stick in the mag. Trial and error is the only option there. With rimfire ammo being hard to find right now, you might have a tough road ahead on that front.
