Greetings! I just squired a new to me Stevens 77D shotgun. I got it for an unbelievable price, but have a few concerns. Well mostly one, my stock doesn't appear to fit on the receiver correctly. There is about 1/3-1/2'' gap at the top of the stock to the top of the receiver. I feel it may be a stock from a different model. I'll get a picture up by tomorrow morning, I hope. They guy I bought it from said he fired and it was fine with the stock that was on it. My question is, is where can I find a stock for this shotgun? I know Numrich used to sell a 77E stock, but NO ONE I can find has one in stock, anywhere. Does anyone have one laying around they could sell me or point in the direction of one? Thanks so much guys!
