    Bolt assembly screw comes loose

Need some help on this, my 12 Palma bolt assembly screw keeps coming loose. I tightened it up a few times but just keeps getting loose.

Waiting for the blue LocTite crowd...If it were me...I'd apply some oil to the internal parts...then clean the BAS screws threads with a q tip and acetone to remove any grease or oil...then do the same to the internal threads...then apply a very thin coat of automotive RTV Blue sealer to the outermost rearward 1/2 of the threads to prevent any from getting into the bolt...not a lot...just enough to work...let it cure over night...that should work...not quite as strong as Blue LocTite but close and not anywhere near permanent...cleans up with a wire brush and acetone...I've been using it on scope ring screws and mounting screws for years...never had anything walk out...
