    Short actions compatible with 7.62x39mm?

If I manage to get a barrel in 7.62x39mm is it clear which, if any, of the Savage short actions would have a bolt that will work with that case?

that case is a tad small and hard to extract with a .308 head. SSS has one that works well with the PPCs and 7.62x39 cases.
Not sure if he is opening a .223 head or just a different extractor for the .308 head.

I believe it is an extended extractor. You can try and search for a 6.5 grendel build. I know people have built them and it is the same case as 7.62x39.
