While I had it--more than any other gun except maybe my AR's--certainly in the hundreds. 308 win is the king of versatility. : )

About 100 in .308 caliber. In 308 win about 50. I shoot a pile of .224" bullets though.

I'm typically about 1,000 per year in my 308.
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.

Depending on how many matches i make it can go up at about 1000 175 MK's. Starting the move to 223 for 1000 yard matches unless the wind is really bad.

Id like to do the same. Ive tried it and found it to be an uphill battle. Its seldom that we get calm winds here in southwest tx. Its kinda of a crap shoot. Ill head out to the desert valleys to set up for long distance and have both 308-224 rigs with me. We set up winds flags and I make my judgemnt call after I see how the flags fly. 8 out of 10 times i go 308.
Advantage of shooting here is Im at 3800-4400ft elev. with wide open terrain. The disadvantage are the never ending winds.
I love shooting my .224,s......I just have to set-em up a bit closer

I will probably go through enough to burn the barrel out of my 300 RUM. Guessing that will be somewhere around 17.
    More shooting, less typing.

I think a flame-thrower has longer barrel life than that. lol

700-1000 but that will be less in the future starting to shoot more .284 7mm more often with better results for long range.

    I would average around 1000 a year in .308 Win. (F-TR Rifle) 300-400 in 30.06 a year ( M1 Garand, 1903A3 Springfield)

50 between the girls today. I haven't had time to.shoot mine yet still sitting in the safe with zero rounds on it yet. Going to change that soon. Want to do a little more stock work yet.
